Sync Gifts — curated gift recommendations via Amazon affiliate links

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the service. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised account use

4. Credits System

Sync AI uses a credits-based system for generating replies. Free accounts receive a limited number of credits. Premium accounts receive unlimited credits. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Sync AI to:

Generate content intended to harass, threaten, or harm others
Deceive, scam, or manipulate other people in harmful ways
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse our AI models
Create multiple accounts to abuse the free credits system

6. Affiliate Links (Sync Gifts)

Sync Gifts contains Amazon affiliate links. We earn a small commission when you make purchases through these links at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products we believe are genuinely useful. Product prices and availability may change without notice.

7. Advertising

Sync AI may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense and other advertising networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. All ads are labelled as advertisements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including the Sync AI name, logo, UI design, and generated content frameworks — is the property of Aroxiania AI and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sync AI is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
AI-generated replies will always be appropriate or accurate
The service will meet your specific expectations

AI responses are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for how you use them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aroxiania AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, including damages to your relationships or reputation.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the Profile section.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
